Stars and Stripes

Remember this???



We finally finished it!!! It was no easy task coming up with a way to get the stars done in the shape we wanted. Everything we had originally thought of doing looked too cartoon-ish. So, we ended up penciling the stars on and painting them by hand in order to get the shape we were looking for. I'm not much of an artist so it took a while to paint, but we are definitely pleased with the outcome!
