Going Down Under

Law school is three years long, so that leaves only two summers for law school students to find law firm work. Alex has been wanting to do an international externship for a big law firm. He found out today that he'll be working for Baker & McKenzie, the world's largest law firm. The wildest part is that he will be in Sydney, Australia! He'll be gone for over a month this summer--while I'm 7 months pregnant.

This is the AMP Centre, where Alex will be on the 27th floor.

Alex's building is right next to the Sydney Opera House. You can see his building right behind the Opera House.

The Sydney Harbour Bridge is also right next to his work.

Sydney is a much bigger city than we had thought. But it sure is gorgeous.

Not only will this be a great opportunity for his career, but Alex will have a blast (but he might miss me too much!).
